Purpose:
The Equipment & Laundry Assistant is responsible for supporting Varsity Athletics programs by providing laundry services for game and practice uniforms.
Education:
Must be a current York student.
Experience:
Experience in equipment and uniform repair.
Skills:
- Ability to communicate with others to explain and share information.
- Ability to demonstrate organizational skills to carry out a variety of tasks.
- Ability to work with numerical data and apply quantitative skills.
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and organize time effectively.
- General knowledge of sports and recreation.
Additional Notes:
Ability to lift/move/carry equipment or material of varying weights up to 50lb.
