Purpose:
The Graduate Awards Support Assistant provides administrative support to the research and graduate awards portfolio for the Awards Committee in the Faculty of Graduate Studies under the direction of Associate Director, Research, Scholarships & Awards.

Education:
Completion of a post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field.

Experience:
Minimum of one-year administrative and accounting experience, such as data entry, reconciliation, and reviewing documents.

Skills:
Ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to meet deadlines and organize time effectively.
Effective communications skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Knowledge of financial systems (such as eReports and Financial Aid and Awards System).
