Purpose:
The Communication and Engagement Support Assistant provides content creation and other administrative support for Faculty of Graduate Studies under the direction of the Associate Director, Graduate Communications and Digital Engagement.
Education:
Completion of a diploma or degree program in communications, digital media, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of one (1) year experience with content generation and social media management tools.
Skills:
Effective customer service skills.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to gather and organize information using different tools including online research.
Ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Sprout Social.
Knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of Dynamix 365 and WordPress (Gutenberg Editor).
Knowledge with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
Additional Notes:
Intermediate Level of French.This position requires the candidate to produce a verification of degree(s), credentials(s), or equivalencies from accredited institutions and/or international equivalents at the time of interview.
