Purpose:
The Intramural Official provides technical and administrative support for intramural leagues, tournaments, and events under the direction of the Manager, Intramural Sports, Sport Clubs, Aquatics, and First Aid.
Education:
Current Emergency First Aid/CPR Certification (current for three years) throughout contract is required Referee certifications are an assetTraining in Conflict Management is an asset
Experience:
Experience of officiating is an asset.Experience in customer service is an asset.
Skills:
- Ability to meet deadlines and organize time effectively.
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate with others to explain and share information.
- Ability to demonstrate responsible, ethical and professional conduct.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of rules and regulations for the sports in the portfolio.
- Knowledge of FusionPlay CMS software.
