Purpose:
The Power Platform Enablement Assistant provides content creation and training delivery support on Microsoft Power Platform in the Department of Information Services and Technology, Schulich School of Business under the direction of the Cloud & Infrastructure Architect.

Education:
Completion of a post-secondary diploma or degree program in a related field (such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, etc.)

Experience:
Minimum of 1-year relevant experience, including technical documentation, user guides, training materials, instructional design or corporate training creation and enterprise application development.

Skills:

- Effective technical communication and writing skills.
- Effective content creation skills (e.g., video tutorials, labs, guides).
- Effective collaboration and user management skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
