Purpose:
The Lassonde Academy and Admissions Assistant provides customer service and administrative support to the Lassonde Academy and the Admissions department, under the direction of the Director, Design, Recruitment & Admissions.
Education:
Completion of a post-secondary diploma or degree in a relevant field.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year related experience in customer service and student support.
Skills:
Effective communication skills.
Effective customer service skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and organize time effectively.
Ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Knowledge of Content and Learning Management System software (eClass, Moodle, or WordPress).
